Create a New Project
Once you have the program installed, you can use the site optimizer tool. There will appear you a new window asking for a new project if you didn't create any before, for this example I created a new project called The Web tycoon on the domain the-web-tycoon.com and using 5 main Keywords: entrepreneur, sell, sell stuff, stuff, and stuff selling, All this data can be easily modified at any moment when optimizing. This step is only an overview of the site and once you are ready you can press the finish button.
Just after pressing the finish button, you are ready to create the Optimizer report, in the photograph below, there is the form were you can select the page and the keywords .In this example I used my index page ,and the keywords from the previous step separated by comas. But I could perfectly use a sub-page like http://www.the-web-tycoon.com/stuff-selling-entrepreneur.php and different keywords. This is very useful as you can optimize all your pages by separate.

To create the report, just press the optimize button.
Interpreting the Report
The report shows all you must improve in order to optimize your site according to the variables entered , It is not recommended to reach the 100% of optimization the first day, as search engines will find it suspicious. It is better to leave your site fine and work the details across the time, always being careful to don't Spam.
This is one of the most important things, as the meta tags, say to the search engines what should them display when showing your web site in the queries. The photograph below show how i have written my main meta tags and general things I could improve:

According to this, between my tags <head> and </head>, in the source code, I have written the following:
<title>The Web Tycoon: Stuff Selling Entrepreneur</title>
<meta name=''keywords'' content=''sell stuff,stuff,stuff selling,sell,entrepreneur'' >
<meta name=''description'' content=''become a stuff selling entrepreneur,sell lots of stuff with the Internet''>
This means that Search engines will show, in the query ''stuff selling'', for example, something like this:
The Webb Tycoon: Stuff Selling Entrepreneur
become a stuff selling entrepreneur, sell lots of stuff with the internet
The report said me to write a longer description, sometimes y create a report of a web site without title nor description and the program suggest them to me, this is only the first step, because scrolling down i will find how to optimize these metas word by word, but at the moment I'm coming step by step.
This is an overview of things between the tags <body> and </body>, some of the points of the photograph are easy to solve, and some others will be detailed in following steps, the first point is just asking to remove javascript, the second is about prominence (steps 3, 4, and 5), the next four points (those ended with the word Details in orange), are detailed in steps 6 and 7
Next, come three points about, underline bold and comments. This means that some of my keywords must appear in these formats:
Bolded: stuff <b>stuff</u>
Underlined: stuff <u>stuff</u>
in comments: stuff <i>stuff</i>
The next point is about keyword proximity (step...) and the last two are asking you to put keywords in your web site and must be contrasted with steps 3,4 and 5.

advance Analysis
The title is a very important thing in SEO, if Search engines do not find your keywords in the title, they will believe that aren't relevant. This part of the report is very useful, because shows if I am repeating too much my keywords or not. Other important thing is the prominence, specially for Google. A keyword very far from the beginning of the title, will have less prominence than one that is very close.

This report is saying me that the title is fine, but the keywords stuff, sell and entrepreneur have low prominence. In other words, I have written that title:
<title>The Web Tycoon: Stuff Selling Entrepreneur</title>
And I put these keywords closer to the beginning of the title. for example: <title> Stuff selling entrepreneur; offered by The Web Tycoon <title>
And Once I changed It, I have too make this report again and see if all the marks are OK.
Next to the title, and the meta keywords, comes the description, where you must explain the content of the web site, and as is logical, Search engines must find keywords there. My description has given these results:

According the report, the description has the same problems of prominence than the title and three keywords with a red +, in their density. This means that for this length of the description the keywords sell stuff, stuff and sell are too much times repeated.
To solve this and can do two things:
If instead of a red + there were a red -, I could remove some words to make the description shorter instead of repeating the same keywords 3 times.
The body is what is written in the web site himself. The most important is not to put invisible words or tiny text, because search engines have human editors and when they catch some web site doing this, a red flag of spam is raised.

The modus operandi is the same than with the title and the description, but easier.
This is a list of all the text links of the web page with their anchor text. The links are a very important part in SEO, and putting Keywords their text, will not only change the density and prominence in the body, but also improve the inbound links (step 2,point3 ), and Google regards it very important.

In this list, I can see that some anchors can be improved, for example, the first link, in the source code is: <a href= 'http;//www.the-web-tycoon.com/#content'>content</a>and I could change it for something like: <a href='http://www. the-web-tycoon.com/#content'>stuff selling entrepreneur</a>.
This is the list of the images were you click and are directed to a web site. One thing important is the alt attribute of each image. The alt tag must be a description of the image because is used by blind people to read the images.
Some people believe that the alt tags aren't important, but search engines can recognise when you put a series of keywords without sense there. So be careful with the alt tags.

In step 2,the report said me that i do not have enough keywords in my alt tags. This is evident because I do not have alt tags or are empty, and is very important to not leave any alt tag in blank.
An alt tag can be written in the source code of an image this way:
<img src="images-mega/seosuiteimagelinkanalysis.jpg" alt='Internet Marketer and entrepreneur'/>
Note: The text in a single alt tag should not contain all of your keywords, Search Engines dislike that.
This part is special, because instead of analyzing the keyword density and prominence, what does is determine if the keywords more or less close among them. The idea is that is easier to rank well when pointing to a niche instead of 3 or 4. A good idea is to rank well in the 4 niches you want, is to make 4 pages with a set of close keywords each
According the report, I have to make changes in the proximity of my keywords, as I have keywords like entrepreneur which are too close to themselves and too far to the others, this is because they are single keywords that appear very often in the text..
What I can do to solve than is to find keywords related to stuff (or sell stuff better ). And in the image below is the proof that i made it well:

To say Search engines that you have chosen these keywords, there is the keywords meta tag. So, to do this operation, I changed <meta name=''keywords'' content=''sell stuff,stuff,stuff selling,sell,entrepreneur'' > for <meta name=''keywords'' content=''sell stuff,stuff selling entrepreneur,stuff selling'' >
In the keyword meta tags you can perfectly put 5 keywords, but be careful with the ending of the metas. Sometimes people leaves them ending by ,''> or ,,''>instead of by just ''> . And when doing this, the robots will believe that you have the space as keyword. If so, you will see that in the keyword proximity report appear extra rows with the keyword in blank and spamy proximity.
The proximity is complicated because you can change it changing the keywords but it is because similar keywords are more likely to appear closer in the web site body, you can use the option highlight in the beginning of the report to know were you keywords are written..
